Service Description

  • Specialised LV & MV cable works, including fault location, pressure testing, jointing, and termination of PVC, XLPE and PILC cables up to 33kV and 630mm².
  • Scheduled and preventative maintenance of transformers, switchgear, and circuit breakers, aligned with OEM recommendations.
  • Transformer & switchgear services, including oil sampling, oil purification, leak detection and repair, tap changer mechanism refurbishment, and installation of transformers up to 40MVA.
  • Comprehensive installation and commissioning of substations, including switchgear, circuit breakers, relays, and secondary systems for industrial and municipal infrastructure.
  • Installation, calibration and commissioning of protection relays, battery tripping units (BTUs), and monitoring systems to ensure robust grid protection and control.
  • Emergency fault response and fault location services, including cable tracing, infrared scanning, and on-site diagnostics to restore power supply rapidly and safely.
  • Turnkey supply and installation of secondary equipment, including remote monitoring, surge protection, and SCADA-ready components.
  • Full spectrum of LV/MV electrical testing, including pressure testing, doble testing, transformer turns ratio (TTR), primary and secondary injection testing, and partial discharge analysis.
  • Compliance-driven quality assurance, including post-installation inspections and safety protocols in alignment with relevant safety environmental management practices.
